Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades; guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle; monitor job-site activity and traffic flow; work outdoors year-round in all weather; communicate with crew and supervisor; maintain equipment cleanliness and safety; be prepared for shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergency work; wear provided safety gear and bring steel-toed boots; pass pre-hire drug screening; receive paid training and a traffic-safety certificate; opportunities for advancement to Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles; paid time off, holidays, sick time, health insurance, 401(k), and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
