Job Summary
Setting up cones, signs, and barricades; using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic; following safety rules taught in training; communicating with crew and supervisor; keeping vehicles and equipment clean and safe; working outside year-round in all weather; shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work; ability to stand or walk 8-12 hours; provided gear includes hard hat, safety goggles, vest, whistle, walkie talkie, and cold/hot weather gear; bring own steel-toe boots; valid driver’s license required; safety-sensitive role with pre-hire drug screening; paid training and traffic safety certificate; benefits include PTO, holidays, sick time, health insurance, 401(k), EEO; opportunities for advancement to Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods
