Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades while using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor job site activity. Follow all safety rules, communicate with your crew and supervisor, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside year-round in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You must hold a valid driver's license, be able to lift 40–50 pounds, and pass a pre-hire screening including a drug test. Shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work based on job needs.
