Job Summary
Setting up traffic control cones, signs, and barricades, using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic, and maintaining safety at outdoor job sites. Training is provided; no experience or degree required. Must be able to stand/walk 8–12 hours, lift 40–50 pounds, work in varying weather, and pass pre-hire screening. Opportunities for overtime, paid training, traffic safety certificate, and benefits including PTO, holidays, health insurance, and 401(k). Potential career progression to Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods
- Able to lift 40–50 pounds
- Willing to work in traffic and changing weather
- Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift
- Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test (this is a safety sensitive job)
