Job Summary
Flagger position with AWP Safety requiring no prior experience. Responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades; using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic; communicating with crew and supervisor; and maintaining safety and equipment at outdoor sites in varying weather. Training provided; paid training and a traffic safety certificate offered. Flexible shifts including nights/weekends; opportunities for advancement to Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, and Manager roles. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to stand/walk for long periods, and lift 40–50 pounds; pre-hire drug screening required.
