Traffic Control Flagger

Set up cones, signs, and barricades, then guide traffic using a stop/slow paddle while monitoring job site activity. Follow all safety rules, communicate with your crew and supervisor, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 40–50 pounds, and pass a pre-hire screening including a drug test. Shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. AWP Safety provides a hard hat, safety goggles, vest, whistle, walkie talkie, and weather gear; you bring your own steel-toe boots.
