Job Summary
Protectors work with a team at job sites to set up cones, signs, and barricades, use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic, and communicate with crew while working outdoors year-round. Roles include standing/walking 8–12 hours per shift, lifting 40–50 pounds, and adapting to weather. Training is provided with paid training and a traffic safety certificate; pre-hire drug screening is required.
