Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades while using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor job site activity. Follow all safety rules, communicate with crew and supervisors, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift, with flexible schedules that may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. You must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 40–50 pounds. We provide hard hats, safety goggles, vests, whistles, walkie talkies, and weather gear; you bring your own steel-toe boots.
Required Qualifications
