Job Summary
Traffic Control Flagger position with AWP Safety requires setup and removal of cones, signs, and barricades, use of stop/slow paddle to guide traffic, adherence to safety training, teamwork, and external work in all weather. Responsibilities include communicating with crew, keeping vehicles and equipment safe, standing/walking 8–12 hours, and supporting overtime while receiving paid training and a traffic safety certificate; benefits include PTO, holidays, health insurance, 401(k), and referral opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods
- Able to lift 40–50 pounds
- Willing to work in traffic and changing weather
- Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift
- Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test
