Traffic Control Flagger

Traffic Control Flagger position with AWP Safety. Responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades; using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic; communicating with crew and supervisor; keeping vehicles and equipment clean and safe; working outdoors year-round in all weather; and adhering to all safety rules learned in training. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to stand/walk for long periods, ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and willingness to work in traffic and changing weather. Training provided with paid safety-certification and paid time off, holidays, health insurance, 401(k), EOE, and opportunities for advancement (Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, Manager). Pay is $17.50–$18.00 per hour with overtime and scheduled shifts that may include nights or weekends; pre-hire drug test required.
