Job Summary
Setting up traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades) and taking them down, using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic, and monitoring job-site activity. Requires outdoor work in all weather, ability to stand/walk 8–12 hours, lifting 40–50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, with paid training and a traffic safety certificate offered; potential overtime and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, or emergency shifts. Emphasis on safety, communication with crew and supervisor, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness.
