Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades, then use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic while monitoring job site activity. Communicate with your crew and supervisor, follow all safety rules, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift, with flexible schedules that may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. You must pass a pre-hire screening including a drug test and bring your own steel-toe boots. Shifts change based on job needs, and overtime is available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods
- Able to lift 40–50 pounds
- Willing to work in traffic and changing weather
- Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift
- Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test (this is a safety sensitive job)
