Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades and use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic; perform safety checks, communicate with crew and supervisor, and keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe. Work outdoors year-round in all weather with flexible shifts (nights/weekends possible). Training provided with paid training and a traffic safety certificate; must pass pre-hire drug screening and maintain safety rules. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to stand or walk 8–12 hours per shift and lift 40–50 pounds while working around traffic.
Required Qualifications

- Flexible schedule; show up on time, every shift
