Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades while using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor job site activity. Follow all safety rules, communicate with crew and supervisors, and maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness. Work outside year-round in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. Pass pre-hire screening including a drug test, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 40–50 pounds. You may stand or walk 8 to 12 hours per shift. Shifts may change based on job needs: Some nights, weekends, or emergency work may be required.
