Traffic Control Flagger

Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment while managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles. Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel and deliver exceptional service and protection to clients across utility, broadband, and infrastructure projects. Stand for 8–12 hours daily and lift 50–60 lbs, working in all weather and traffic conditions. This safety-sensitive entry-level role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and passing pre-employment screenings including a drug test. Paid training leads to ATSSA certification, with opportunities to advance to Senior Protector or Field Supervisor within months.
