Traffic Control Flagger

Set up cones, signs, and barricades, then use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic while monitoring job site activity. Communicate with your crew and supervisor, follow all safety rules taught in training, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside year-round in all weather, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 40–50 pounds. We provide a hard hat, safety goggles, vest, whistle, walkie talkie, and weather gear; you bring your own steel-toe boots. Shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work.
