Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades; guide traffic using a stop/slow paddle while monitoring job site activity. Communicate with your crew and supervisor, follow all safety rules, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside year-round in all weather, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You may stand or walk 8 to 12 hours per shift. Shifts may change based on job needs: some nights, weekends, or emergency work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods
- Able to lift 40–50 pounds
- Willing to work in traffic and changing weather
- Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift
- Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test (this is a safety sensitive job)
