Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades, then take traffic control equipment down while using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor site activity. Follow all safety rules taught in training, communicate with your crew and supervisor, and help keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside year-round in all weather, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 40–50 pounds, and pass pre-hire screening including a drug test. Shifts may change based on job needs, including nights, weekends, or emergency work.
