Traffic Control Flagger

Set up cones, signs, and barricades, then guide traffic using a stop/slow paddle while monitoring job site activity. Follow all safety rules taught in training, communicate with your crew and supervisor, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside year-round in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You must hold a valid driver's license, be able to lift 40–50 pounds, and pass a pre-hire screening including a drug test. Flexible shifts may include nights, weekends, or emergency work. AWP Safety provides a hard hat, safety goggles, vest, whistle, walkie talkie, and weather gear; you bring your own steel-toe boots.
