Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades; use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic while monitoring job site activity. Follow all safety rules, communicate with your crew and supervisor, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside in all weather conditions, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 40–50 pounds. Flexible schedule may require nights, weekends, or emergency work. Paid training and a traffic safety certificate are provided.
