Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades, then use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic while monitoring job site activity. Follow all safety rules taught in training, communicate with your crew and supervisor, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside all year in all weather, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You may stand or walk 8 to 12 hours per shift. Shifts may change based on job needs, including nights, weekends, or emergency work. You must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 40–50 pounds, and pass a pre-hire screening including a drug test. AWP Safety provides hard hats, safety goggles, vests, whistles, walkie talkies, and weather gear; you bring your own steel-toe boots.
Required Qualifications

- Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift
