Job Summary
Set up cones, signs, and barricades while using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor job site activity. Follow all safety rules taught in training, communicate with your crew and supervisor, and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work outside all year in all weather, standing or walking 8 to 12 hours per shift. You must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 40–50 pounds. Shifts may change based on job needs, including nights, weekends, or emergency work.
