Job Summary
Dispatch and coordinate traffic control personnel, supervisors, and clients across multiple job sites in British Columbia. Manage last-minute changes, call-outs, and schedule gaps while ensuring all sites remain fully staffed and running efficiently. Communicate daily with field crews and supervisors to solve real-time problems and adjust plans quickly. Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage to support operations and improve workflow processes. Requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and experience in dispatching or logistics. Flexible with evening and weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment.
