Job Summary
Direct traffic at Washington University move-in days to ensure vehicles move timely and orderly while enforcing parking lot rules. Communicate concerns to upper management, site security, or leadership regarding suspicious behavior or violations. Provide directions to guests and assist those with special needs using a friendly demeanor. Maintain safety precautions and follow site supervisor instructions while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Report suspicious activity immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Able to attend Google Meet on Wednesday, August 19, 2026
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (i.e., rain, snow, heat)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Be in proper uniform at all times
- Black shoes
- Black belt
- Black slacks
- Must have reliable transportation or a complete understanding of the bus schedule to and from the scheduled site
