Job Summary
This position involves advising employers on all aspects of traditional labor law, including union avoidance, organizing, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and labor strategy. Key responsibilities include representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board, managing a strong book of business, fostering client relationships, and mentoring junior attorneys. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in traditional labor law, a portable book of business, and strong relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in traditional labor law, with a demonstrated track record of success representing employers.
- Admission to practice in the state where the attorney will be based.
- Self-sustaining portable book of business required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading labor strategy and negotiations strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and client service skills.
