Job Summary
Executive Director, Traditional Fund Services Product Management drives product strategy and roadmap, supports new product offerings and technology development, and partners with Sales on marketing material and fee proposals. The role maintains industry presence, liaises with key clients and internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Sales, Service, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams, supports Fund Accounting clients and business development opportunities, and oversees reporting on profitability. Responsibilities include attending conferences, reviewing regulatory changes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring risks and controls are reflected in self-assessments and governance forums.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of investment services or relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CFA preferred.
- Knowledge of the securities industry and applicable regulatory and operational requirements on both custodial and fund accounting, including U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Asset Owner clients and plans including Endowments and Foundations, Public and Corporate Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans, Central Banks, and Corporate Treasury.
- ERISA, FASB, and GASB regulatory and reporting experience.
- Proven ability to multi-task and think critically.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written; excellent interpersonal skills both internally and with clients.
- Team player with ability to be respected as a trusted partner with the Business, Operations, Finance, and Legal Teams.
