Job Summary
Conduct daily activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, meal service, and transfers. Read and follow resident ADL directives while making accurate chart notes on conditions and flow sheets. Record vital signs, assist with admissions and discharges, and promptly answer calls to report safety hazards. Maintain clean work areas and ensure residents participate in social, physical, and spiritual activities. Requires current CNA license, CPR/First Aid certification, and English proficiency. Full-time and part-time roles available at Tradition in Brooklyn Park, MN, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training
- Must have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing
- Must have current CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be able to read/write/speak sufficiently in English in order to complete responsibilities of the position
- Completion of background check
- Completion of drug test
- Completion of fingerprinting
- Completion of physical exam
- Completion of TB test
