Job Summary
Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents. Work with a team to ensure comprehensive needs are met by reviewing routines, calendars, and resident requirements. Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted while maintaining accurate charting and record keeping. Attend required meetings and trainings to promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age. This role involves an overnight shift at Tradition, an independent assisted living community in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, with a pay range of $28.00 to $34.00 per hour. Candidates must be LPN graduates with an active license and possess knowledge of DHS regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited LPN Program
- Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing
- Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals
- Completion of a background check, drug screen
- Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines
- Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
