Job Summary
Trading Venue Cost Optimization Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase will analyze large sets of trading data and brokerage data to identify cost-saving opportunities across asset classes (Equities, Rates, FX, Credit, Commodities) for NAMR and LATAM, support brokerage negotiations, design and implement MIS/Tableau dashboards, and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive cost efficiency and improved profitability. The role involves presenting findings to global teams, collaborating with trading desks and business managers, assisting with rate-card development, and contributing to regional market updates and ad hoc projects while leveraging SQL knowledge to enhance data-driven insights. Strong communication, advanced analytical skills, and experience with Tableau/Alteryx are required; additional SQL knowledge and existing relationships with trading venues in the Americas are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of Over The Counter (OTC) traded products, and trading venues
- Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)
- Intermediate knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx
- Good negotiation skills
