Job Summary
Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor by leading end-to-end stock management, range change, and promotions. Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions. This role requires comfort with coaching, process discipline, and strong organizational skills. Based in Nottingham, the position offers up to £36,000 per annum plus bonus and pension.
