Trading Team Lead for North America NGL trading desk, responsible for setting strategy, leading a team of traders in Houston and Calgary, overseeing physical and financial trading, origination, portfolio optimization, and commercial integration, ensuring governance and risk management, and mentoring staff to drive profitability, growth, and high-performance execution across the desk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Legally authorized to work in job posting country
- 15+ years of energy supply, trading, origination, or commercial experience
- Deep understanding of NGL markets and North America/global market developments
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing commercial teams
