Job Summary
Trading Support is the front-line function for resolving technical and process issues within the Trading team, coordinating across departments to mitigate negative customer experiences. Responsibilities include driving action on front-line issues, prioritizing fixes for sportsbook-related problems, tracking performance with KPIs and SLAs, compiling incident reports, and supporting US compliance processes. The role requires deep knowledge of tools, platforms, and processes within Trading to support technical teams, ownership of issue lifecycles, cross-functional instruction to mitigate customer impact, and ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer and Trading experience. The position demands strong data analysis, effective communication with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to operate in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and interest/experience in sports betting. The role includes expectations around governance, regulatory liaison, and collaboration with Compliance, Settlement, Risk & Payments, Social Media, Content, and CRM teams.
