Job Summary
Provide technical support to internal clients regarding trading systems via phone and correspondence, responding to inquiries and complaints about the company's platforms. Execute price adjustments and trade corrections for client accounts, reviewing trade problems to determine corrective actions and resolving comparison issues. Coordinate large block orders with trading desks, ensuring trades are executed and confirmed per organizational policies while reconciling open order files and maintaining trade data in required databases. Engage with internal and external customers to identify and resolve trading issues in a high-volume call environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's: Accounting
- Bachelor's: Business Administration
- Bachelor's: Finance
- Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) - National Center for Housing Management (NCHM)
- Less than 25% travel
- Hybrid work model (2-3 days a week at corporate offices in Saint Petersburg, FL, or Memphis, TN)
- Concepts, practices, and procedures of securities trading
- Basic investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry
- Accounting principles and procedures
- Mathematical procedures
- Handling a high-volume phone system
- Customer Service
- Reconciling and correcting transactions
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications sufficient to create documents, spreadsheets, and business correspondence
- Work concurrently under pressure on multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Read, interpret, analyze, and apply transaction information
- Analyze and solve problems
- Communicate with associates and internal and external customers effectively, both orally and in writing
