Job Summary
Market Trading inventory and services to current and prospective customers while processing daily requests for quotations, sales, exchanges, and related support. Serve as the primary point of contact for Trading activities, managing sales orders to optimize inventory utilization and monitoring core returns to prevent late fees. Coordinate repairs, handle customer invoicing, and support Accounts Receivable by resolving payment issues. Maintain and grow business within the Trading operation by sourcing and purchasing units from the market for repair and exchange activities. Requires 5+ years in aviation aftermarket operations, proficiency in Quantum and ILS, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rotable program activities, Trading, or related aviation aftermarket operations
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quantum, and industry part search platforms (e.g., ILS, PartsBase)
- Excellent time management, active listening, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Excellent record-keeping, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States (E-Verify Program)
