Job Summary
Lead and complete implementation projects onboarding new clients to the Addepar Trading Platform; manage end-to-end client relationships from inception to stabilization; train clients on platform best practices and develop detailed Solutions Design and Project Plan documentation; demonstrate technical and industry expertise to transition clients and their data onto Addepar Trading; resolve customer concerns through cross-team collaboration and proactive problem-solving; set and communicate client expectations internally and externally; manage multiple simultaneous projects and continuously improve processes and tools; Be an authority on all things Addepar Trading.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Experience with help desk/CRM (Salesforce) and remote support tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial mathematics and terminology
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations
Desired Qualifications
