Job Summary
Trading Services Associate in the Complex Products Middle Office supports the OTC Derivatives Solution desk and Advisor business. Responsibilities include capturing and validating all transactions in Risk Management Systems, supporting Dodd-Frank and ISDA documentation, managing intraday/end-of-day processes, ensuring complete and accurate trade activity and book management, coordinating with Operations and infrastructure for a unified team approach, ensuring controls are performed and signed off promptly, communicating clearly with support teams to resolve queries, contributing to strategic initiatives and evolving processes, and building deep understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives. Preferred skills include strong Excel (VBA), Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and AI knowledge, with a focus on automation and a control mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of derivatives and hedging products (IFF: ISDA, Dodd-Frank documentation), front-to-back Operations process, regulatory reporting, issue resolution across teams, strong communication and collaboration, attention to detail, ownership, teamwork, analytical and numerical abilities, problem-solving and project management
