Job Summary
Trading Platforms Business/System Analyst at IC Markets for Trading Platform Integrations (MT4/MT5/cTrader and in-house platform). Full-time, on-site in Limassol with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). You will gather and elicit requirements, document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, map data across platforms, serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, and participate in system testing/UAT. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, defining system boundaries, maintaining knowledge bases, creating guides, and ensuring alignment with business needs across trading, client area, website, and back-office systems. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business/System Analyst with trading platforms integrations (plugins, middleware services or similar backend services)
- Experience with trading platforms MT4, MT5, ctrader
- Clear understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
