Trading Operations Technical Lead

Technical lead for BP's Trading Operations responsible for day-to-day operations delivery, front-office interaction, and cross-regional coordination within the Operations bench. Build and train operators, own operational input for new business activity, interface with Tax and Commodity Risk, report incidents and manage risk, and support trading strategy and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring cyber security and data protection. Requires proven trading operations SME capabilities, strong leadership and communication, ability to influence, and track record of delivering commercial value and cross-functional collaboration in a front-office environment.
