Job Summary
Manage end-to-end onboarding workflows for Exchanges, PSPs, and LPs while executing periodic account reviews and maintaining accurate reconciliations across fiat and stablecoin positions. Coordinate with Compliance for ACRA documents, Corporate Secretary for UBO profiles, and relevant divisions for KYT protocol issues. Monitor deal lifecycles, follow up with prospective clients for documentation, and escalate onboarding blockers to the trading team. Track weekly operational highlights, report milestones and bottlenecks, and conduct performance analytics to evaluate exchange execution. Requires 1–3+ years in fintech operations, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with KYC/KYT frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or middle-office roles within fintech or financial services
- Exceptional attention to detail with a highly organized approach to managing multiple onboarding workflows and compliance documents simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to act as an effective liaison between external clients and internal cross-functional teams
- Prior experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, or in the broader Web3 industry
- Solid familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and KYT (Know Your Transaction) regulatory frameworks and screening protocols
- Proficiency in Excel for daily financial and P&L reconciliations
