Trading Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Trading Operations Analyst to own end-to-end operational processes for the trading desk, drive automation and tooling in Python to scale operational coverage, apply AI and agentic workflows to operational problems, and collaborate with traders, developers, and Application Engineers to deliver improvements. Responsibilities include managing recurring processes (e.g., corporate actions, expiries, onboarding new underlyings), building validation/reconciliation/monitoring for positions and reference data, coordinating with engineers on incidents and system upgrades, and participating in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- STEM degree or equivalent (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science)
- up to 2 years of working experience
- strong analytical mindset and problem decomposition skills
- solid Python skills
- curiosity about AI tooling and applying LLMs or agentic workflows to operational problems
- good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- fluency in English
- interest in financial markets
