Job Summary
Execute daily trade reconciliation for equities and fixed income securities while overseeing investment liquidity and maintaining trading model exposure. Manage fund administrator relationships for equity, hedge fund, and private equity portfolios, driving monthly reconciliation and cash movements. Monitor daily and monthly performance, entering benchmark data and supporting separately managed account strategies. Develop custodian relationships and provide market performance updates to the Investment Committee. Leverage AI and LLM tools to automate processes and scale responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in trading or fund administration
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to, and improve processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Strong interest in financial markets, economics, and the investment industry
- Strong organizational, time management, and written/oral communication skills
- Process-driven and proactive with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Pitchbook
- YCharts
- AI and LLM proficiency and proactivity to develop and apply AI automation to help scale responsibilities
- Passion for investing
- Strong sense of curiosity and inquiry in markets and investing

- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high performance and attention to detail
