Job Summary
Monitor and manage shared inboxes for trading incidents, logging, prioritizing, and assigning emails per established procedures. Serve as the primary contact for trading incidents across designated channels, escalating issues as needed while assisting senior team members in investigations and resolutions. Handle initial incident checks and basic sportsbook queries from customer-facing teams, gathering information to support further investigation and communicating with third-party feed providers. Work 24/7 on night shifts only, transitioning from day-shift training with office attendance to fully remote night work after completion.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in issue assessment and incident management
- Ability to clearly document and explain issues in a structured and easy-to-understand way
- Willingness to summarise trading and incident-related information with guidance
- Accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Previous experience in an operational, trading, customer support, or technical support environment
- An interest in sports betting, trading operations, or incident management
- Willingness to develop into a more senior role
- Degree level education
- Night shifts only
- Initial training period will be on day shifts with office attendance required
- After training, you will move to night shifts and work fully remotely
