Trading Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Conduct Active Trading and Options platform demos, support workflow setup and troubleshooting, and liaise with Relationship Managers to provide optimal support for high-value clients. Proactively identify investment needs, guide customers on wealth strategies, and achieve sales targets for relevant products while managing transactional outcomes. Execute performance plans, complete report audits, and collaborate with the National Sales team to grow business share. Maintain current knowledge of markets and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing reporting, while protecting bank assets through risk-informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • certification in related field of study
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services
  • Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • IFIC course
  • Licensed with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Supervisor with Options
  • Some understanding of Risk Management & Compliance
  • Completed Branch Compliance Officer Course (BCO)
  • Registered Investment Services Representative (RISR)
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
