Trading Assistant - Shift

Job Summary
Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages to replenish items across the store, keep shelves clean and well-presented, and assist customers. Date check fresh produce and groceries, support deliveries as required, and build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations. The role is nightshift, fast-paced and physical, with opportunities to learn across the store, work flexibly, and use digital tools. Emphasis on owning tasks, problem-solving, working as part of a team or independently, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 15kg
- Excellent customer service
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Flexibility to work across the store
- Ability to learn and use new digital tools
- Attention to detail
- Team player with initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably experience in retail or warehouse roles
