Trading Assistant - Shift responsibilities include collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish items across the store, keeping shelves clean, tidy and well-presented; providing customer service and answering questions; date-checking fresh produce and grocery products; assisting with deliveries as required; building knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations; thriving in an overnight, fast-paced, physical environment; working flexibly across the store and using new digital tools; maintaining a high level of detail to keep the store clean and provide the best shopping experience for customers.
