Trading Assistant - Shift

Job Summary
Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages to replenish items across the store, keep shelves clean and well-presented, and assist customers with questions. Date-check fresh produce and groceries, support with deliveries as needed, and build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations. Thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, work overnight, be proactive, take ownership of tasks, stay flexible across the store, and use new digital tools to perform duties with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced physical retail or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work overnight/night shifts
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and use new digital tools
