Trading Assistant - Shift

Stock replenishment and customer-support duties in a fast-paced store environment: collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenishing shelves across the store; provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and proactively assist customers; check fresh produce and grocery dates; assist across the store and help with deliveries as required; build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make recommendations; night shifts in a high-energy environment; flexible across the store with full training in various skills; comfortable using new digital tools; maintain a clean, well-presented store with attention to detail.
