Trading Assistant - Shift

Job Summary
Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages up to 15KG to replenish shelves with well-presented products. Serve customers during store hours by answering questions and proactively offering assistance. Date-check fresh produce and grocery items. Provide general store support and help with deliveries as needed. Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations. Work overnight shifts in a fast-paced, physical environment, often independently but within a team. Maintain a clean, clutter-free store with high attention to detail. Use new digital tools and technology to perform tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Happy working overnight in a fast-paced, physical and high energy environment, often on your own but also thrive in being part of a team
- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
- Takes responsibility for owning tasks and uses initiative to solve problems
- Always prepared to work flexibly and productively across the store to a high standard
- Comfortable in learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
- Have great attention to detail, keeping the store clean and clutter free, always looking to create the best shopping experience for our customers
- Must be able to lift up to 15KG
