Trading Assistant

Trading Assistant responsible for collecting stock from the warehouse and replenishing store shelves up to 15KG, ensuring items are well-presented and easy for customers to find. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, build product knowledge about promotions, check dates on fresh produce and groceries, assist across the store as needed, and support with deliveries. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to learn new digital tools and skills, with duties including ensuring store cleanliness and presenting a great shopping experience.
