Job Summary
Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages up to 15KG to replenish items across the store, ensuring shelves remain tidy and stocked with well-presented products. Serve customers by answering questions and proactively offering assistance, while building knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations. Date-check fresh produce and grocery items, maintain a clean and clutter-free environment, and assist with general store tasks and deliveries as needed. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and comfort with new digital tools within a fast-paced setting.
